Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM CST


COMMUNICATION
Email us at contact.sweetsouthernoak@gmail.com. Custom orders can also be emailed. We will no longer be giving order updates via messages or emails. All updates will be posted in our facebook group as they become available. Emails will be answered Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST. Please allow 48 hours for a response before sending another email. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT REFUND, EXCHANGE, SIZE SWAP, ETC.  


THINGS TO CONSIDER PRIOR TO ORDERING
Sweet Southern Oak is primarily a preorder store.  Preorders can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. We recommend ordering up a size. Once order has been placed with supplier we cannot correct, change or cancel. We strongly recommend you double check spelling of monograms (FLM format), names, etc. along with size prior to completing your order. ETA’s can be found on the original post, our Facebook group albums, or the order updates tab on our website. ETA’s are estimated, therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, with that being said, SSO will not issue refunds or exchanges for items that arrive past estimate time of arrival, missed events, vacations, holidays, etc  


ADDRESS CHANGE
If your address changes prior to receiving your order you are responsible for contacting us to change your address via email at sweetsouthernoak@gmail.com. . 


ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL) 
All ETA’s are posted in our previous preorder albums in our Facebook group, the original preorder post and order updates tab on our site. ETA’s are estimated, therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date for items, but we will keep you up to date as much as possible. 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final! We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds (full or partial) or store credits due to incorrect fit, sizing, if you no longer want the product, ETA has changed, etc. Personalized items will not be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances. Refunds will only be issued due to product defect. If an item has a defect (seam issue, broken/lost snaps, clasp, buttons, holes) caused by the manufacturer a refund can be issued if proper steps are followed. For a defective item refund/exchange please notify SSO via email within 3 days of receiving your item(s), include order number, a detailed description of the defect and photos. After the refund request is submitted please wait 24-48 hours for a response. SSO warehouse team with evaluate the defects and determine if a refund/exchange will be issued. Any submissions after the 3 day grace period will be void and a refund/exchange will not be issued. Please double check all spelling for names and monograms prior to checkout. You are solely responsible for the spelling of your purchase. Orders can NOT be edited (size changes, personalization corrections, discount codes, etc.) after the order has been placed. We recommend sizing up for preorders and again, cannot guarantee exact arrival dates  


SHIPPING 
Sweet Southern Oak is primarily a preorder store. Preorders and other items are made to order. Once preorder/drop has closed the order will be placed to supplier. Average TAT for preorders is 6-12 weeks, but is not guaranteed. We will keep you up to date as we receive the updates. Please put into consideration that we are not reliable for shipping delays from supplier to SSO warehouse, or from SSO warehouse to you, so some items may take longer than others. RTS and preorder items ordered together will ship when all items have arrived at SSO warehouse. If you want your RTS items within the 3-5 business day TAT, please place orders separately. INVOICING & PAYMENTS 
We offer items via our Facebook page and our website. Items ordered through the website require payment at time of purchase. When ordering on our Facebook page you will comment on the post, item style, size, name or monogram if applicable, shipped/pickup and email. An invoice will be sent to you once items have met production. Invoices are required to be paid no more than 24 hours after receiving. Your comment/order is a commitment to purchase. Failure to comply could have you removed from the group. 


ITEM PRODUCTION 
Some of our items require a certain amount of orders to make production. With that being said, some of our items may have to be cut from the preorder/drop from time to time. You will be notified if the item(s) you have ordered are being cut. Another style will be offered to you if applicable. Once item(s) have made production an invoice will be sent to you. 


CUSTOMS 
We offer custom smocks and embroidery upon request. To request a custom, please email in depth details of the item you want, be sure to include style, colors, wording, etc. Customs are to be emailed to sweetsouthernoak@gmail.com

 

PHOTO CONSENT

If you wish to share photos of your products purchased, children, etc. that comes with automatic consent for Sweet Southern Oak to use said photos for advertisement purposes; website, posters, advertisements, etc.
