Items listed as “PO#” are preordered items. Preorder ETA’s are listed on original posts in our Facebook group and all previous preorders and ETA’s can be found in the albums in our group. 

ETA’s are estimated times of arrival as we do not guarantee an exact date in which shipment will arrive. By placing an order with Sweet Southern Oak you are acknowledging that SSO is not responsible or reliable for items out of ETA and we will not refund, exchange, credit, etc. any orders as all sales are final. For more information please refer to our store policy section on our website. 

Updates: You will be notified via email and the Shop Pay app once your order has shipped from SSO to you. If any problems or inconveniences arise with a preorder, SSO will notify the Facebook group. Subscribing to our emails and/or text messages is another form of communication that we use. We do not give individual updates on orders via email, Facebook message, etc. 

Shipping: SSO offers flat rate shipping for $6, free shipping on all orders over $150 and local pickup. When ordering preorder items and RTS items together you are acknowledging that SSO will not ship order until all items have arrived to SSO. If you wish to receive RTS items within the 3-5 business day TAT, please place individual orders for RTS and preorders.
